In Memory of a Super Dad

Wil Smith and his daughter

I didn’t know Wil Smith. He attended Bowdoin College as a single dad with his young daughter after I had graduated. However, he was said to be one of the most inspirational figures, a great teacher and a truly amazing father.

You can hear an interview he did with his daughter for Story Corp here.

Adriel Borshansky, who wrote and performed the end credit song for EOD knew Wil from the national organization “Seeds for Peace.” Wil’s passing on Tuesday prompted Adriel to write a song expressing his feelings. You can play it on Adriel’s soundcloud page

Seeing In Color

We get a lot of very touching emails from people talking about fatherhood, but every so often one arrives that begs to be shared.
